When I first started my spiritual journey, I was so overwhelmed with all the new lingo and concepts that I didn’t even know where to start.
I remember thinking: “What is grounding and why is it so important?” “ What does it mean when someone goes through a ‘dark night of the soul’?” “ Why do so many people in the spiritual community meditate? is it something I should be doing? How do I meditate?” “ How can I ensure I’m connecting with loving spirits when I use Oracle/Tarot cards?”
For 15 years I have researched and have connected the dots and recognized common themes between the vast libraries of ancient and modern teachings, be it books, scripts, ancient eastern philosophy and MODERN SCIENCE! As a former nurse, I offer a unique approach to my workshops and educational content by using modern science to help illustrate and bridge your concept of the Self in relation to the Universe. I showcase tangible evidence to prove the intangible existence of spirituality (aka metaphysics or noetic sciences).
